“Bundesliga” opens an interview with “Harry Kane”, the king of strikers from Bayern Munich, with his dedication to winning the championship in the new season, including his confidence in his best form in 20 years of playing, with interesting questions and answers from the great striker and captain of the English national team
Q: How do you think your first season at FCB has been?
A: I think it has been a great season, I have scored the most goals in all the leagues I have played in, which of course has helped me as well, but there is still a sense of incompleteness from not winning the league or other trophies, which makes me and the team even hungrier this https://ufabet999.app season to try and be successful and bring home trophies.
Q: What are the goals of the new manager and your goals for next season?
A: I think my personal goal is to maintain my form and improve. Every year I try to improve myself and find ways that I can improve. This year I will continue to do the same and of course I will try to play better, score more goals. From a team perspective we have to win trophies. This club wants to win trophies and I think that’s the hunger and the determination. The coach is the same. He brings a lot of energy to the team and I think we are all ready to bring trophies back.
Q: How have you been able to maintain that form after scoring 45 goals in 46 games last season and 38 the season before? Do you think it’s training or talent?
A: I think it’s definitely training, both mentally and physically. You need to be mentally sharp and strong to be ready to deal with the ups and downs. Physically, I feel great now. I know my body better than I’ve ever felt in my career. I know when to push, when to rest, when to give myself time. I’m in a really good place. I’ve said before that I’m in the best physical and mental state I’ve ever been and it’s really exciting because I feel like I’ve got a lot of years left.
Q: Both you and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have won the Golden Boot twice, in the English and German leagues. How difficult is it to keep scoring goals, especially in such different leagues?
A: Both leagues are different, in my opinion. We just have to try and adapt to the situation, adapt to each team. I feel like I’ve done well throughout my career. It comes back to my hard work, my belief in myself and the long hours of training to improve myself. This year will be no different. I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved in the Bundesliga. It’s another season to keep going and go even further.
Q: After nearly winning Euro 2024 with England last summer, how excited are you to be back playing and what are your ambitions for next season?
A: From a club perspective, I’m excited to get the season started and get back into it every week. It’s what I love the most and then the internationals come quickly and we’ll have some training camps. Of course it will feel strange not having Gareth Southgate as our manager but I’m sure Lee Carsley will come in and reinvigorate the team and try to get us to our full potential so I’m excited to pull on the England shirt again in the next few weeks and I’m looking forward to the season as much as ever.
